Sean Hayward has represented plaintiffs throughout his legal career. He has developed expertise in identifying, investigating, and litigating medical negligence claims. Sean has written in-house software for the indexing and organization of the voluminous medical records resulting from these claims.
A graduate from Queen’s University law school, he was called to the bar in 2015. Previously he obtained a Master’s Degree in History from Queen’s University and a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in History from McGill University.
Prior to joining Paul, Sean practiced law with a prominent Toronto litigation firm.
Sean and his family reside in Dundas, Ontario where they enjoy hiking, cycling and rock climbing along the escarpment corridor.
